Who We Are?
Blue Pine has been developing luxury homes in the Galiyat hills since 2015. Phase 1 in Khaira Gali sold out completely. Phases 2 and 3 in Changla Gali are well underway, and Phase 4 in Dunga Gali is the next chapter. None of that happens because of a logo. It happens because of the people who draft the drawings, run the sites, design the interiors, and sit across from buyers. That’s the team you’d be joining.

Department of Construction
Job Role: Civil Draftsman
Location: Lahore/ Galiyat
Experience: 3–4 years
Education: DAE Civil or B.Tech Civil
You’ll turn plans into the drawings the site actually builds from. Day to day, that means producing accurate civil drafts and layouts, and working shoulder to shoulder with the construction and design teams, so what’s on paper holds up on the ground.

Job Role:
Construction Manager
Location: Galiyat
Salary: PKR 200,000 – 300,000
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: BSc Civil Engineering
Must have: Valid PEC registration
This is the person who runs the site. You’ll be responsible for keeping the build on schedule, the quality where it needs to be, and the crew working well together. If a project lives or dies on execution, this is the seat where that’s decided.
Department of Design
Job Role:
Interior Designer (Male)
Salary: PKR 250,000 – 350,000
Experience: 10–12 years
Education: Must hold a degree from BNU, LUMS, COMSATS, or a university of similar standing
You’ll lead the interiors across our homes and apartments, from first concept to the day the keys are handed over. We’re after someone with a real point of view on what mountain luxury should feel like, and the experience to deliver it without hand-holding.
Department of Sales
Job Role:
Sales Manager
Experience: 6–8 years in real estate
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing from BNU, LUMS, COMSATS, or a university of similar standing
You’ll carry the number across our project portfolio, lead the sales team, and build the kind of relationships that turn a serious enquiry into a signed buyer. Real estate experience isn’t a nice-to-have here. It’s the job.
