Currently, we are dealing in Changla Gali after the successful completion of Khaira Gali Houses. The total area covering our Changla Gali is 100 kanal approximately. It comprises 47 units for residential plots and 39 units for villas which are customized to the requirements and needs of our clients. These are available in the range from 10 Marla to 1 Kanal.

Our company works on the ratio of 60:40 which means 60% of rental income is provided to the owner of the house whereas 40% is charged by the company for maintenance and services provided by the company crucial for a rental model.

In our Changla Gali project, you will get facilities like spacious car parking, laundry area, inverters-based heating systems, etc. The villas we offering are semi-furnished.

Blue Pine Mountain Homes is a project by Reza Ali Munir who is the CEO of the company. He has been running a group of companies for 20 years in the hospitality market with many successful projects like the Residency Hotel, Café, and Structure Health and Fitness gym with branches across Pakistan. The inception of Blue Pine Mountain Homes took place seven years back, and we have now achieved a successful delivery of our Khaira Gali Mountain Homes.
What is the Legal frame work of the project?
Blue Pine Mountain Homes is a GDA-approved site that provides a proper legal framework for the project that includes NOC from Galiyat Development Authority KPK and transfer of registry from the land revenue department KPK. We also provide an approved map for each house (Once all payments are cleared by the client).
Describe about the designs of houses you are offering?
We offer Modern design residential villas meeting international design standards, keeping in view the traditional approach of the architecture. We use high-quality imported materials in the construction of villas.
How long does it take to deliver the project?
For plots it’s up to the client, once the clients get possession, they can build their house on their own or through our company. For villas, the promised timeline is 1.5 years for the delivery of the project.
